Our Awards & Recognitions
Handimap has been rewarded the Solar Impulse Efficient Solution label granted by the Solar Impulse Fondation. This label recognizes innovative solution that combine environmental efficiency and economic viability.
This award was presented to us by Ville, Rail & Transports alongside Keolis Rennes Métropole, for integrating our Handimap pedestrian and accessible route planner into the STAR app and website since July 2023.
We are winners of the 2024 Start-up & Handicaps competition, organised by Cowork'HIT, for the new version of the Handimap route planner, now integrable into large scale route search applications (regional, national and beyond).
We had the honour of receiving this award alongside Keolis Rennes Métropole for integrating Handimap into Rennes Métropole's STAR network. It was presented at the European Mobility Expo, held from 1 to 3 October 2024.
In July 2024, we had the honor of winning the “Mobility Solutions & Transitions” innovation call in the “Inclusion” category for the new version of our Handimap route planner. The award was presented by the ID4Mobility competitiveness cluster during the 2024 Mobility & Transition Forum.
At the Vivatech 2024, we were named winners of the Greentech Innovation project call, organized by the CGDD Eco-lab, the French Ministry’s innovation lab for ecological transition and territorial cohesion.
We are winners of the Propulse program run by the French Transport Innovation Agency, thanks to our project “Walkable feeder routes,” carried out in collaboration with Keolis Rennes Métropole to integrate our walkability quality indicators into decisions on future bus rapid transit stop locations for Rennes Métropole.
